Nikon Ultraphot with SPOT camera

This research grade microscope/camera combination is configured to rapidly display and capture images of samples stained with fluorophores or tissues expressing fluorescent bio-molecules. 
We have 3 epi-fluorescent filter cube combinations available for using emissions from the broad spectrum Hg lamp UV, blue and green. 
The SPOT camera is a real time color ccd camera with ccd detector of ~ 2 megapixels and high q.e. This camera is cooled (thermo-electric module) for good signal to noise at low light levels as in fluorescence microscopy.
