Biography
A 1983 graduate of Marshall and former student-athlete (Men’s Swim Team), Rusty Webb has spent the past 33 years serving the state of West Virginia as an attorney and legislator. In 1996, he was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates and served for four terms. In 2006, he established Webb Law Centre, PLLC, in Charleston, where he practices personal injury law.
